Estate

The property is set on a 10 Ha Residential Estate under private title just 17km from Mutare on the main Bvumba road. The location provides unique and commanding views of Mount Nyangani to the North, Chicamba Dam onto Chimoio Town in Mozambique to the east. The southern and Eastern views provide local landscapes of Castle Beacon, Lions Head, Chinyakwaremba and Southern Himalayas (Chimanimani Range) Approximately one third of the property comprises riverine forest, protected wildlife and a primary riparian water source.

All buildings have been Architecturally designed and professionally built and are set out to face Geographic North for maximum solar gain. A main (plastered brick under fibre cement) water storage reservoir of 50,000 litre capacity and 2 x 5000 litre storage tanks with a filtration unit and pump storage tanks provide generous storage which gravity feed the buildings and grounds.
